The Sunjammers Big Trout Contest begins February 1st and Ends March 31st. You must be registered with Kayak Wars to participate in this contest. The longest trout caught from a kayak during the duration of this contest will win a EuPRO Inshore Rod (Retail $89.99). Sunjammers Watersports has offered to donate this rod with the winning angler's choice of either a 7' or 7'6" rod. Rules
1. Anglers must read and understand the rules of Kayak Wars. If you have not read these rules, CLICK HERE.
2. The angler must submit a photo of a trout caught from his/her kayak between February 1st and March 31st. Photos must contain a ruler to verify length. In-Accurate rulers will disqualify you from Kayak Wars. Do not attempt to make a ruler with shorter measurements.
3. Each submitted photo must contain meta data. The photo meta data (also called exif data) must be un-altered, complete and accurate. To read more about exif data CLICK HERE
4. The date and time must be set accurately on your camera to qualify your catch. Be sure to check your camera settings before beginning to fish. If the fish measurement and the photo exif data can not be verified, your catch will not count for this contest.
5. TIES - In the event of a tie, the trout that was SUBMITTED first (not caught) will win the tie breaker.
6. Photos - Below shows a photo of an accurate catch submitted to Kayak Wars for this contest. The ruler is in the photo, the kayak, and the meta data is displayed when the photo is reviewed. Click the photo to review meta data and length.
